Management Board

Ivan Ostojić

Ivan Ostojić was appointed as a member of the Management Board of Podravka d.d. in February 2022, with his term of office starting on July 1, 2022. He is responsible for managing and overseeing quality control, agriculture, business programs and corporate development.

Short biography

He began his professional career in 1997 at the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Croatia in the Directorate for Financial System and Capital Market. He worked as an advisor in the Directorate for Financial System and Capital Market. From 2000 to 2001, he held the position of a member of the Management Board of the Directorate for the Supervision of Insurance Companies and Chairman of the Examination Commission for conducting exams for authorized insurance brokers or agents.

In 2001, he became Head of the Clients/Loans Department and procurator at Wüstenrot Housing Savings Bank in Zagreb, and in 2007 he was also appointed as a member of the Management Board responsible for sales and marketing, risk management, and back-office treasury and lending operations.

He graduated in 1996 from the Faculty of Tourism and Foreign Trade in Dubrovnik, and in 2000 he obtained a Master’s degree from the Faculty of Political Science at the University of Zagreb.

He is a member of the Supervisory Board of Luka Ploče d.d.
