Milan Tadić

Milan Tadić was appointed as a member of the Management Board of Podravka d.d. in February 2022. He is responsible for managing and leading sales in the markets of Croatia and Slovenia, Southeast Europe and international markets.

Short biography

He began his professional career in 1986 at the Croatian Pension Insurance Institute as a property law representative. He joined Podravka as a specialist and director of property law affairs, and later also served as director of the Service for Property Law Affairs and Contracts. He also became an advisor to the Management Board of Podravka d.d. for international markets, and later Executive Director for international key accounts, as well as Executive Director for the Central European markets.

After a period spent in executive director positions at Tvornica duhana Rovinj, he returned to Podravka in 2014. Since then, among other roles, he has served as Executive Director for Southeast Europe, member of the Management Board of Žito, and Chief Executive Officer for the Adria region.

He graduated from the Faculty of Law at the University of Osijek and completed basic administration studies and a managerial education program at the Faculty of Economics of the University of Zagreb. He has further developed his expertise through numerous management trainings and educational programs in the fields of management and sales.
