Ljiljana Šapina

Ljiljana Šapina was first appointed as a member of the Management Board of Podravka d.d. in February 2017, and reappointed in February 2022. She is responsible for managing and leading production, the technical sector, logistics, the supply chain, as well as restaurants and canteens.

Short biography

She has been employed at Podravka d.d. since 1984. She gained her professional experience in various managerial and director positions within the areas of Accounting and Finance, Retail, Gastro Sales, Frozen Program, Shared Market Services, and Export Preparation. Since 2012, she worked as Director of the Import-Export Logistics Service, and in 2015 she became Head of the Import-Export Logistics Department.

She graduated in Foreign Trade from the Faculty of Economics at the University of Zagreb, and in 2012 she obtained a Master’s degree from the same faculty.
