Podravka d.d. shares have been listed on the Official Market of the Zagreb Stock Exchange since 1998 under the symbol PODR-R-A.
Podravka d.d. was privatized and registered as a joint-stock company in 1993, and since 1994 its shares have been freely traded on the Croatian capital market.
Since 1998, Podravka d.d. shares have been listed on the Official Market of the Zagreb Stock Exchange under the symbol PODR-R-A, and they are the only shares that have never left the composition of the CROBEX stock index since the beginning of its calculation. On 27 December 2018, Podravka d.d. shares were listed on the Prime Market of the Zagreb Stock Exchange.

According to the Rules of the Zagreb Stock Exchange, the percentage of shares distributed to the public does not include shares owned by the Issuer (treasury or own shares) and shares owned by persons holding at least 5% of the number of shares subject to listing, excluding shares in omnibus custody accounts and shares held by pension and investment funds (provided their stake does not exceed 25%).
With the aim of increasing share liquidity and reducing its volatility, Podravka d.d. signed an agreement with specialists on the performance of specialist trading activities. The purpose of specialists is to increase the liquidity of individual shares so that investors can decide with greater confidence to invest in such securities.
In July 2015, the capital increase of Podravka d.d. was successfully carried out, which increased the number of shares by 1,700,000. The purpose of the capital increase was to raise funds for acquisitions and business expansion. The expressed interest in subscribing for new shares was 33% higher than the available new shares.
