Our selection process consists of several steps.
1. Your application
Apply for a published job opening or send us an open application.
2. Pre-selection
Based on your application, we will assess whether your knowledge and expertise match the requirements of the specific position.
3. Interview
During the interview, we will present ourselves to you as an employer, and we will also discuss your ambitions, work experience, interests and motivation to work at Podravka.
4. Testing
Depending on the requirements of the position, we will conduct psychological testing and sometimes also test your professional knowledge.
5. Final interview
We invite candidates who best match the specific position to the final interview. In this interview, you will receive information about the working conditions for that role, and we will aim to get to know you even better!
6. Employment contract conclusion
At this point, all that remains is for us to congratulate you!
7. Onboarding
