The procurement function of Podravka d.d. is focused on supporting the company’s strategic goals through an efficient, responsible, innovative and transparent procurement process that ensures timely delivery of goods and services, while taking into account cost optimization, improvement of operational efficiency and reduction of risks in the supply chain. We are oriented toward sustainable and ethical business practices aimed at the long-term sustainability of operations.
In order to ensure maximum efficiency and transparency of procurement processes in our daily work, we use modern tools for conducting e-Procurement.

Podravka d.d. has implemented the guidelines of the international standard ISO 26000 Social Responsibility, while the application of the guidelines is continuously verified by an independent third party.
The Podravka Group expects its suppliers to act with due diligence and to identify risks within the supply chain, and to take appropriate measures to detect, prevent and correct adverse impacts in the context of the principles of this Code. In the event of suspicion of a breach of the stated principles, suppliers are expected to promptly inform the Buyer of the identified risks and measures taken.
Suppliers are obliged, in addition to adhering to these principles, to comply with all local laws and regulations.
