Cake cream vanilla
A light cream with a rich vanilla flavour is perfect for preparing various kinds of cakes and desserts. Preparation is fast and simple, requires no cooking – you just have to add milk.
Contains a natural colour (beta-carotene) and thickener (carrageenan).
Preparation / Ingredients
pour 500 ml of cold milk in a bowl, add the contents of the bag and mix with an electric mixer on middle speed for 2-3 minutes.
Such cream you can use for filling and glazing over:
• sponge cakes, fruit cakes , jelly rolls (approximately 30×20 cm)
• cakes of filled pastry (Bohemian cake)
sugar, modified starch, dextrose, hydrogenated vegetable fat (coconut, palm), glucose syrup, emulsifier (E 472a), milk proteins, thickener (carrageenan), flavorings, coloring (beta-carotene). May contain wheat and eggs.
