Dolcela Muffins
Whether on the breakfast table or a delectable treat for supper, Muffins are loved all over the world morning, noon and night. These popular cakes are great alone when you’re on the go, or with milk and coffee.
The Dolcela Muffin mixture is rich with skimmed milk powder and natural sweetness – so no extra sugar is needed.
Preparation / Ingredients
Heat your oven to 200°C and place the cake mix in a bowl, add egg, oil and water. Keep a small quantity of chocolate chips to one side. Mix with an electrical mixer at medium speed) for 3-4 minutes until it forms a smooth dough. Arrange 12 baking cases on a baking tray and distribute the mix evenly with a spoon so that the cases are half-full. Bake for 20 minutes, remove muffins from the baking tray and allow to cool in their cases.
Ingredients of the dough mix: wheat flour, sugar, raising agents (sodium bicarbonate, glucono-delta-lactone, disodium diphosphate), skimmed milk powder, emulsifier (E 481), table salt, thickeners (xanthan gum, E 466), aroma. May contain eggs in trace amounts. Ingredients of chocolate pieces: sugar, cocoa mass, cocoa butter, emulsifier (E 442). Cocoa share: 50% min.
