Fant seasoning mix for burgers / veggie burgers

Preparation / Ingredients
MEAT RECIPE FOR BURGERS – add 500 g ground meat.
Mix contents of packet with 70 mL warm water and let stand a few minutes. Add 500 g ground meat to the seasoning mixture and mix well. Shape into 1 cm thick patties. Grill on a barbeque or in a grill pan with a little oil. Serve in a hamburger bun, with your favourite toppings. VEGETARIAN RECIPE FOR VEGGIE BURGERS – add 460 g drained beans, 60 g fine cut oats, 200 g cooked drained bulgur
Directions: Finely chop beans in an electric chopper or mash with a fork, and mix together with oats, bulgur, and Fant seasoning. Shape into patties and fry about 1,5 minutes on each side in a little oil. Serve in a hamburger bun, with your favourite toppings and sauces.
