Fant seasoning mix for curry sauce
A trip to Asia will certainly take more time, but in just minutes Fant Curry sauce will launch you directly to the Far East with its characteristic aroma and flavour. Set off on a culinary adventure with this exotic sauce enriched with spices and a rich golden colour. All you need to do is decide your travel mates – risotto, pasta, chicken or some other kind of meat.
Preparation / Ingredients
1. Mix contents of packet in 300 mL milk and whisk until the sauce comes to a boil.
2. Cook 5 minutes over low heat, stirring constantly.
3. Serve prepared sauce with the dish of your choice.
maltodextrin, powdered skimmed milk, curry spice mixture 15,3 % (coriander, turmeric 3 %, sweet red paprika, cumin, ginger 1,5 %, black pepper, chili, fenugreek), corn starch, wheat flour, iodised salt (salt, potassium iodate), yeast extract, dehydrated onion, sugar, garlic. May contain traces of celery and eggs.
