Parfait cream chocolate
Light chocolate cream is a perfect addition to supreme cakes.
Parfait chocolate cream contains even 20% chocolate powder. Besides, it contains only vegetable fats and cocoa powder with reduced fat, and proteins are present as edible gelatin and skimmed milk powder. Essential for all chocolate lovers, it will make every dessert perfect!
Preparation / Ingredients
empty the bag contents in 6 dl of cold milk. Stir slightly with an electric mixer and continue to mix for 4 minutes (maximum speed). Immediately apply the cream on the surface of the cake, shape and leave in the refrigerator for one hour. Decorate as desired.
sugar, chocolate (powder) 20 % [(sugar, cocoa powder, cocoa butter, emulsifier (soy lecithin)); (cocoa parts: 41% min)], powdered skimmed milk, edible gelatine, hydrogenated vegetable fat (palm kernel and coconut), glucose syrup, reduced fat cocoa powder, modified starch, emulsifier (E 472a), milk protein. May contain hazelnut, wheat and eggs.
