Pasta Carbonara
One of the most popular pasta sauces can be prepared in a speedy manner – in only 8 minutes you can have 2 servings of real Italian pasta Carbonara!
A dish prepared with pasta in a creamy sauce with added bacon and spices will delight even the most demanding gourmets. To intensify the pleasure, before serving add a spoon of butter, chopped fresh parsley or grated Parmesan cheese at your choice.
Preparation / Ingredients
empty the packet contents into 550 ml of warm water and stirring gently bring to the boil. Simmer over medium heat for 8 minutes, stirring constantly. At the end of cooking stir in ca. 10 g of butter.
pasta 72% (durum wheat semolina), skimmed milk powder 5.5%, corn starch, table salt, wheat flour, cheese 1.5%, sugar, flavor enhancer (monosodium glutamate), vegetable fat, powdered eggs, dried bacon 0.7%, dried onion, yeast extract, hydrogenated vegetable fat, spices, aroma, acid (citric acid). May contain traces of celery.
