Raspberry pudding

An appealing pudding with raspberry flavour is a fantastic dessert, especially in summer time. An ideal light dessert for all lovers of fruit flavours.

It goes perfectly well with berry fruits and whipped cream. Ready in a flick of an eye. Can be served on its own. No fat, no protein, a great source of carbohydrates. Since carbohydrates are the main source of energy, the pudding is great for those who are physically active. 

Preparation / Ingredients

Mix the pudding powder with 3 tablespoons (40 g) of sugar. Take 6 tablespoons away from ½ litre of cold milk and stir well with the mixture of pudding and sugar. Bring the remaining milk to the boil, remove from heat and stir in the dissolved pudding powder. Cook for 1-2 minutes, stirring constantly. Pour the hot pudding into wet serving dishes to set. When done garnish with whipped cream “Dolcela”, chocolate decorations, fresh or candied fruit, fruit syrup, juice or compote.
