Šlag–Hit whipped cream
Cakes and fruit salads are impossible to imagine without this light whipped cream. It is excellent for cakes and fruit salads because of the skimmed milk powder and milk proiteins content.
Vanillin aroma and the natural sweetness of skimmed milk powder do not require to add any sugar.

Preparation / Ingredients
pour 125 ml cold water or cold milk into a tall bowl. Add contents of package, mix well and continue to beat with electric mixer (at highest speed) until firm (2 – 3 minutes).
Šlag – hit can be served as a delicious dessert or as decoration for cakes, fruit salads, ice-cream, coffee, etc.
sugar, fully hydrogenated vegetable fat (coconut and palm), glucose syrup, skimmed milk powder, emulsifier (E 472a), modified starch, milk proteins, stabiliser (potassium phosphates), flavouring.
