What are Podravka surveys?

Podravka surveys are internal consumer surveys conducted by Podravka’s Market Research Department. Through questionnaires for which members of the Podravka Online Panel will receive invitations to participate, Podravka collects data on the basis of which it wants to improve its products and services. Participation in Podravka surveys is a voluntary decision of each panel member who has received an invitation to participate in a specific survey via email.

What is the Podravka Online Panel?

The Podravka Online Panel is a database of consumers who, by completing the initial general questionnaire, joined the research participant community and gave consent to receive invitations to future surveys by email. Each Podravka Online Panel member receives invitations by email to participate in surveys when they meet the required (demographic) criteria. By responding to a survey, each member has the opportunity to express their opinion and contribute to the development of products that better meet consumer needs. At the same time, for each fully completed questionnaire, panel members are awarded one participation point, and after collecting five points they become eligible for a reward. Panel membership is completely free of charge, and all member data and responses are treated as strictly confidential, in accordance with Podravka’s rules and policies on privacy and personal data protection.

External collaborators of the Podravka Online Panel – Alchemer INC

Alchemer INC is a market research agency that provides the survey platform service through which Podravka surveys creates and sends questionnaires to Podravka Online Panel members. Alchemer INC is therefore an external partner of the Podravka Group, providing technical support in maintaining the Podravka Online Panel and carrying out Podravka surveys.

Is my membership in the Podravka Online Panel free of charge?

Your membership in the Podravka Online Panel is completely free of charge at all times.

What benefits do I have as a panel member?

For every questionnaire completed in full, each panel member is credited with one participation. For a certain number of participations, the member becomes eligible for a reward. Membership in the Podravka Online Panel is completely free of charge. There is no obligation to participate in surveys for which the member receives an invitation to participate via email.

How can I receive a reward?

Each time a panel member collects five participations in Podravka surveys (the first five, as well as every next set of five participations), they become eligible for a reward. The number of participations is not limited, and each panel member/respondent may participate in an unlimited number of individual Podravka surveys. I won a reward but it still hasn’t arrived

First, check the date when you were informed by email that you had become eligible for a reward for your participations in Podravka surveys. Podravka will deliver the reward won by the Podravka Online Panel member as soon as possible, and no later than within 6 weeks from the date the member received the email notification about winning the reward. If more than 6 weeks have passed since the member was informed about winning the reward, please contact the official email proizvodi@podravka.hr or istrazivanje.trzista@podravka.hr with specific details in your inquiry.

How can I unsubscribe from the Podravka Online Panel?

If you no longer wish to receive invitations to participate in Podravka surveys, and you no longer wish to be our member, please click the unsubscribe/membership termination link found in all emails you have received related to Podravka surveys. After unsubscribing, you will no longer receive emails from the Podravka Online Panel.

The link to access the questionnaire does not work for me

First, check the Internet connection on your device. Then, if clicking the link does not redirect you to the questionnaire, right-click the link, copy it and paste it into your Internet browser. If it does not work in that browser, try pasting it into another browser, if you have one. In each individual survey, each panel member/respondent may participate only once. If you have already completed the questionnaire for that survey, the link is no longer accessible to you.

The questions in the questionnaire are repeated or do not make sense

Market research questionnaires and surveys are often specific documents in which some questions are sometimes asked several times in different ways in order to further support the final findings and enable additional data analyses. As a respondent, you are required to answer all questions honestly and you do not need to concern yourself with their meaning and content.
