Cream of champignon mushroom soup

An aromatic, semi-thick cream soup with a distinctive mushroom flavour and fine composition of spices. Suitable for vegetarians. The soup can be supplemented with vegetable cream or ground and fried pumpkin seeds. Prepare 4 plates of soup in only 8 minutes – succeed is guaranteed!
Preparation / Ingredients
empty the contents of the package into 800 ml of lukewarm water. Stir with a whisk until the soup boils. Simmer for 8 minutes stirring constantly. Add 200 ml of milk, stir and bring to boil.
wheat flour, skimmed milk powder, palm oil, corn starch, iodised salt (salt, potassium iodate), dried mushrooms 7,5%, yeast extract, sugar, flavouring, parsley leaves, spices, acid (citric acid). May contain traces of eggs and celery.
