Dill enhances the aroma of food, stimulates the metabolism, and improves the appetite. It has a slightly bitter, though fresh and sweet aromatic flavour. Use dill with fresh cheese and cream, curd, omelets, seafood, salmon, cold soups, potato salad and cucumbers.
