Fant Mushroom sauce
Fant Mushroom sauce, enriched with dried porcini and button mushrooms, will give a specific taste to meat dishes, pasta or rice dishes.

Preparation / Ingredients
1. Empty the contents of the package into 300 mL lukewarm water and stir with a whisk until the sauce boils. 2. Simmer for 5 minutes, stirring constantly. 3. Serve prepared sauce with the dish of your choice (pasta, meat, etc.). Pour mushroom sauce over cooked pasta, rice, potatoes, gnocchi, sprinkle grated cheese over top and bake. This sauce is an excellent accompaniment to meat loaf, savoury strudels, all types of baked and boiled meats, and as a complement to mushrooms soups or stews.
