Fant seasoning mix for slavonian shepherd’s stew
Shepherd’s stew (čobanac) is a traditional Croatian dish from Slavonia well known abroad for its full taste and flavour.
To prepare a perfect Slavonian shepherd’s stew you will need a perfect ratio of the best spices and dried vegetables. This mixture contains little amount of fat. All you need to do is choose the best pieces of meat (pork, beef, game) and continue the tradition.
Preparation / Ingredients
for 4-6 servings. Pour the contents of the bag over with 2 liters of cold water, stir well and boil. Add 800 g cubed beef, pork, mutton or lamb meat. Simmer for 2 hours.
dried onion 51%, sweet red paprika 19%, iodised salt (salt, potassium iodate ), hot red paprika 5%, flavour enhancer (monosodium glutamate), dried tomato, spices. May contain traces of wheat flour, milk, eggs and celery.
