Želin 2:1

It is used for preparing less sweet jams, marmelades and fruit jelly which are of gentle and more spreadable consistency. 

You need to add 1 kg of fruit and 500 g of sugar. This proportion is specified on the front side of the packaging (ratio 2:1 – fruit:sugar). 

Preparation / Ingredients

preparing jams, marmalades and fruit jelly: wash the fruits and chop as desired, mash or squeeze the juice. Mix the Želin 2:1 bag contents with the prepared fruit or fruit juice. Heat up while stirring until boiling. When boils cook for additional 3 minutes constantly stirring and skimming off the foam. Pour in the heated jars and close immediately.

gelling agent (pectin), dextrose, acidity regulator (citric acid), preservative (potassium sorbate).
