The best help when preparing homemade marmelade and jams, from various fresh and healthy fruit.

Apart from dextrose which is rapidly absorbed providing the body with energy, Želin also contains citric acid and pectin -soluble fiber.

Add spices such as vanilla, cinnamon, clove, lemon or orange juice or zest to enrich the flavour. When you want to get the best marmelade or jam possible, just say: “All I need is Želin”.

Preparation / Ingredients

wash the fruits and chop as desired, mash or squeeze the juice. For preparing jam or marmelade you will need 1 kg of chopped or mashed fruit, and for preparing jelly 1 l of fruit juice. Mix the package contents with two spoons of sugar stirring it in fruit or fruit juice and bring to boil. Add sugar constantly stirring. Heat up while stirring until boiling. When boils cook for additional 3 minutes constantly stirring and skimming off the foam. Pour in the heated jars and close immediately.

gelling agent (pectin), dextrose, acidity regulator (citric acid), preservative (potassium sorbate).
