Information we collect about you
When you decide to participate in a specific Podravka survey, only the information you share while completing the questionnaire is collected. Before collecting any other additional information from you, your explicit consent will first be requested. You are free to change your mind at any time, which means that you may withdraw your consent for collecting information in a specific survey at any time by simply not completing the survey to the end.
In certain surveys, we may ask you to share potentially sensitive personal data, for example data revealing your religious affiliation or ethnic origin, or data relating to your health status. Answering such questions is not mandatory, and every question of that type will always include the option “I do not wish to answer”. Answers to such questions are considered only collectively at the level of the entire respondent sample and for the purpose of aggregate survey result analysis, and will never be viewed on an individual basis or for the purpose of identifying your identity.
The way we use your information
Your answers to each individual survey will be used exclusively for the purpose of aggregate analysis of the data collected by the survey. Your individual answers to questions are strictly confidential and kept secret.
Survey results are displayed exclusively in the form of anonymous statistical data, where it is not possible to determine your identity. We guarantee that no data you provide during the survey WILL BE used for marketing purposes, nor will it be sold or forwarded to third parties.
The data you provide may only be used for the purpose of awarding participation prizes when the relevant conditions are met.
We may also send your data to our subcontractors or affiliated companies that perform certain tasks for us, such as delivering prizes to your home address or managing data hosting and providing Podravka with technical support for maintaining the Podravka Online Panel and conducting Podravka surveys (Alchemer INC). Podravka requires these subcontractors to comply with the same data privacy rules and security procedures that Podravka follows, and appropriate security measures will also apply to them.
