Membership Terms of the Podravka Online Panel

You become a member of the Podravka Online Panel (hereinafter referred to as the “panel”) by completing a one-time registration via the link. You can access the link HERE.

1. Each member may register for the panel using their personal data only once, and by registering becomes a respondent in Podravka surveys.
2. Completing the registration questionnaire for the Podravka Online Panel is recorded as the first participation in Podravka surveys, and after completing the registration via the link, each member will receive a confirmation email of their panel membership.
3. Panel members are occasionally invited to participate in Podravka surveys via email, and under their panel membership, each respondent’s number of completed questionnaires/participations and earned rewards is recorded.
4. Each panel member/respondent can become eligible for a reward after recorded 5 (five), 10 (ten), 15 (fifteen), or 20 (twenty) participations, and subsequently after every additional 5 (five) Podravka surveys, provided that the questionnaires were properly completed to the end.
5. The number of participations in the panel is not limited, and each panel member may participate in an unlimited number of individual Podravka surveys when invited and if they meet the survey conditions (demographic criteria). Each member/respondent may participate in a single survey only once.
6. Once a panel member/respondent becomes eligible for a reward, they will be notified via the email address used for panel registration.
7. Panel membership does not imply an obligation to participate, and each member/respondent decides whether to accept an invitation to participate in a Podravka survey.

Membership Information

A panel member may at any time request a change of previously entered personal data, information about the number of participations and rewards earned up to that point by sending a request to the following email address: istrazivanje.trzista@podravka.hr. If a panel member no longer wishes to receive survey invitations, they can unsubscribe by clicking the unsubscribe button at the bottom of the invitation email, or request unsubscription via email (istrazivanje.trzista@podravka.hr) or by contacting Consumer Services via email proizvodi@podravka.hr

In order for the Podravka Online Panel to continue contacting and inviting members to participate in surveys, members are required to keep their data updated, especially the email address used for panel registration. Data can be updated by sending a request to istrazivanje.trzista@podravka.hr.

Obligations of Podravka Online Panel Members

To participate in Podravka surveys, a panel member agrees to:

• Give consent to participate in surveys by confirming membership in the Podravka Online Panel, which also constitutes consent to receive invitation emails for participation in Podravka surveys.
• Give consent for the storage and processing of personal data and agree that Podravka may use personal data for personalized communication, information, and surveys.
• Confirm that they are a natural person over 16 years of age who does not use the panel service for business purposes.
• Not provide inaccurate personal data that will be used for panel registration, survey invitations, and reward delivery.
• Not transfer their panel membership obtained through full registration to third parties, except in cases where the panel requests participation from household members.

Each member agrees to handle all data conscientiously. Members must not intentionally distort their responses or survey results.

Registration in the panel is allowed only once. If a member provides inaccurate data during registration or registers multiple times using different email addresses or social media profiles, the Podravka Online Panel reserves the right to terminate cooperation with immediate effect and/or exclude the member from participation in certain surveys and/or exclude the member’s results from a current Podravka survey. In such cases, the panel also reserves the right to revoke the member’s accumulated participations and deny the right to any reward not yet delivered.

Responsibilities of the Podravka Online Panel

1. The Podravka Online Panel is maintained with technical support from Alchemer INC, an external partner of Podravka. Podravka surveys are technically conducted and implemented via the Alchemer platform and software.
2. The Podravka Online Panel is not responsible for technical issues beyond its control, damages caused by force majeure or other unforeseen events, or damages caused by third parties.
3. The panel has the right to temporarily suspend services for internal reasons, such as maintenance, without members being entitled to compensation.
4. The Podravka Online Panel is not responsible for links to third-party websites that are not official Podravka or Alchemer websites, nor for their content.
5. Liability for any damages caused to a member by using such websites lies solely with the owner of those websites. The panel will remove links to illegal or undesirable websites as soon as it becomes aware of them.

Prohibition of Content Reproduction

Questionnaires and their content published on the Podravka Online Panel and sent to members are legally protected. It is not permitted to store, reproduce, process, modify, share with third parties, or otherwise make available to the public, even partially or in excerpts.

Termination of Membership and Legal Consequences

1. Membership in the Podravka Online Panel is free of charge and indefinite. A member may terminate their membership at any time without providing reasons by clicking the unsubscribe/termination link included in every email sent to members.
2. Termination becomes effective once received by the panel. After that, the member is unsubscribed and will no longer receive survey invitations.
3. After termination, the member can no longer use their accumulated participations.
4. In case of justified suspicion of rule violations, the panel may terminate membership and survey participation without explanation, with immediate effect, via email. In such cases, the member’s results in ongoing surveys will not be considered, and the panel reserves the right to delete accumulated participations not yet rewarded.

Changes to Terms

Members will be notified of changes to the terms via email in a timely manner.

If any provisions of these terms are unclear, contradictory, or invalid, this does not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. In such cases, the provisions that best reflect the original intent shall apply.
