Reward System
By participating in surveys, your participation is recorded and you become eligible for valuable rewards. Read the participation, reward and delivery rules below.
By joining the Podravka Online Panel and actively participating in Podravka surveys, each member gains the right to have the number of their survey participations recorded under their membership, through which they may become eligible for a reward.
A member may become eligible for one individual reward if the panel records that they have correctly completed the first 5 (five) surveys, as well as every following 5 (five) surveys. Surveys are considered correctly completed if they are finished in full within the required time frame stated in the invitation to participate in the survey that the respondent received by email.
The number of participations is unlimited, and each panel member/respondent may participate in an unlimited number of individual Podravka surveys for which they have received an invitation by email.
Each time a panel member meets the condition of five participations in Podravka surveys (the first five, as well as every following five participations), they become eligible for a reward, about which they will be notified via the email address with which they are registered in the panel. When notified about the reward won, the member is obliged to confirm their delivery address details so that the delivery process can begin. The reward to which the member has become eligible will be delivered to their home address as soon as possible, and no later than within 6 weeks from the date the member confirmed their delivery details. If the member does not confirm the delivery address within 6 weeks of receiving the notification about the reward won, the Podravka Online Panel is not obliged to deliver the reward after the expiry of that period, and the collected points will be considered used.
Each individual reward consists of Podravka gift products with a minimum retail value of 10 euros. The Podravka Online Panel reserves the right to change the contents of the reward depending on the availability of the Podravka assortment at the time of rewarding.
