Participation in Podravka Surveys / Confidentiality
1. By joining the panel, a member is not obliged to participate in Podravka surveys. The member independently decides whether to participate in an individual Podravka survey for which they received an invitation via email. The member may stop responding to an online survey at any time.
2. The member agrees not to store any information obtained through the surveys (except for data stored in the browser cache), nor to share it with third parties.
3. The Podravka Online Panel reserves the right to immediately exclude a member from the panel or temporarily block them in case of violation of these obligations. In such cases, the member loses the right to the number of participations accumulated up to that point.
4. Any technical issues related to accessing a Podravka survey can be reported by the member via email to istrazivanje.trzista@podravka.hr and/or to Podravka’s official consumer support email proizvodi@podravka.hr, if after checking their internet connection and device settings they are unable to access the questionnaire.
Selection of participants for individual Podravka surveys by the Podravka Online Panel
The Podravka Online Panel reserves the right to select which members will be invited to participate in a particular Podravka survey. If a larger number of members meet the selection criteria, a random selection will be made.
An invitation to participate in Podravka surveys is issued personally to each member and it is not permitted to transfer access to the survey to third parties, except in cases where the Podravka Online Panel explicitly requests participation from household members.
