Preparation / Ingredients
Cooking: Put frozen vegetables into boiling salted water. Bring back to boil and continue cooking for about 5 minutes.
Microwave oven: Put frozen vegetables into a bowl, add enough water to cover the surface and salt to taste. Put into the microwave oven and heat at 900 W for about 10 minutes.
