It is difficult to imagine a vegetable soup without carrots and peas, just like the famous French salad and various other dishes. 

Preparation / Ingredients

Directions:
Traditional cooking: Put frozen vegetable mix into boiling salted water. Boil for about 10 minutes, drain and pour over with melted butter.
Microwave oven: Put frozen vegetable mix into a bowl, cover with water and add salt to taste. Heat the mixture for about 15 minutes in microwave oven at 900 W. Drain and pour over with melted butter. Vegetables prepared like this can be used for various dishes. Fry in a little fat and add chopped parsley leaf and serve as side dish. Add to soups, stews or salads.
